This one was originally the peacock script that Phil wrote for me. I changed a few numbers and got this effect.
Below you will find a zip file of all the pieces for this stationery. Download whichever corresponds with the version of Outlook Express you are currently using. Unzip the file and extract the pieces into your stationery folder. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\
